Good habits that flourish
You are good at doing something. Good or bad, you know what you do well. Some may say that you can do it very easily, effortlessly, naturally, that you don't even notice, let alone be aware of the process that led you there! I highlight five reminders and application of what I consider to be key for great practice of habit formation.
What if we let the Light guide the way?
Giving birth = Giving Light = Make way for the Light to arrive. Being the light for the baby that has been developing within the mother's womb, or the Light that came to illuminate the world's darkness. A waiting process, which goes through the pain but at the same time remains strong in the hope of greatness to come. What would be the metaphor of your choice? What change would it represent?
Changing with the Seasons - learning to appreciate change
Have you tried to resist the change of seasons? Perhaps, like me, you were raised in a tropical climate and have not learned to enjoy cold winters since young age. I tried to pretend the winter was not that a big deal, well, I learned the hard ways, feeling in my bones the cold ice melting taking the heat from my body.
