In Executive Coaching, the sponsor is the third party involved, being represented by the human resources partner, the direct manager, or another person responsible for the client’s development within the organization.
INCLUDES
Customized agreement according to Sponsor - Coachee - Coach purpose
Customized coaching partnership for a minimum of 6 months
Pre-coaching meetings (at least 2) with the coachee and sponsor
Reports to the sponsor according to the three-parties agreement
Assessments, tools, models, and frameworks that are authorized to be used by Cintia H. Orsi Life and Executive Coach, LLC
Virtual 1-hour 1:1 weekly, twice a month or monthly coaching sessions for a minimum of 6 months
Post-coaching follow-up meeting with the coachee.

Consulted at the pre-coaching meeting
Meeting Options
Remote via Zoom Call, Audio Call or Face-to-face (upon scheduling and agreement on additional expenses)
Sponsor = financial responsible (e.g. Company, Employer)
Coachee = client
