What is coaching? Perhaps we should start with: what is not coaching? Coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, consulting, nor mentoring. Coaching is not a regulated profession yet. To raise to higher coaching standards, the associations of coaches have developed accreditation programs, certification paths, code of conduct, and ethical guidelines so the society can continue to benefit from coaching.

The teachings on the black history in the US, abolitionism, the connection with African countries culture, the desire for cultural healing and social justice.
Pack for a purpose - Moving out of the country
Moving was a powerful metaphor for transformation, letting go of materialist pride, intellectual pride, opening new space in life for new things, new perspectives, new relationships. I am grateful to have met wonderful people along the process. With new partnerships and volunteering, new skills and competencies developed and a new look to our humanity.
